Hi,

I am looking for Centos 7 to Alma Linux offline conversion process.I
I know it’s not suggested but is there any way to do this?
Please share your input on this.

but you are right, fresh install is better, IMHO.

in theory you could make a local mirror of http://repo.almalinux.org/elevate/ and point your host to it by faking an entry in /etc/hosts

i think i’d just rebuild to alma 9.1
