Has the dashboard from cockpit been deprecated? The version in appstream in 224.2-1.el8 whilst the main cockpit components are at 238.2-1.el8. Attempting to install cockpit-dashboard leads to a message that cockpit-system is already installed. The problem seems to have arisen after the 8.4 upgrade.
Thanks Jack. I don’t agree that the graphs “were not providing enough information to be useful” and furthermore individual machine metrics aren’t much use when your trying to track a multi-VM load. Still “you get what you pay for” and I’ll try to find an alternative to cockpit. I’ll see what Grafana has to offer or failing that I’m sure I can do something with PCP.
