Looks like the time is off at 2.cloudlinux.pool.ntp.org. I tried to query it, and got no response. I was able to query 0.cloudlinux.pool.ntp.org, 1.cloudlinux.pool.ntp.org, and 3.cloudlinux.pool.ntp.org.
Can you change your ntp servers? Probably in /etc/chrony.conf.
