Moreutils package broken in official repo

OS: Almalinux 9.1 (Lime Lyna)

When i tried to install moreutils through dnf

root@localhost ~# dnf install -y moreutils
Last metadata expiration check: 0:22:10 ago on Sun Jan 15 19:22:03 2023.
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides perl(IPC::Run) needed by moreutils-0.67-3.el9.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

moreutils is a EPEL package. Necessary dependencies are in CRB repo which is disabled by default in RHEL9 and its clones

dnf install --enablerepo=crb moreutils
