Is it yet possible to run Gluster server on Alma in a production environment ?
Previously, one method was using the Storage SIG from CentOS Vault but obviously forgoing maintenance or security updates is not really an option in a production setting.
Hi @jhistar. We’re working with the SIG to get everything built on a RHEL8 buildroot so that everyone downstream can consume the upstream repo.

Will it still be known as the “CentOS” Storage SIG or something new ? - Just so I can try and stay ahead of announcements regarding its availability .
is it nos possible to backport from the src rpm of centos 7 ?
