solved when change

url --url=“https://repo.almalinux.org/almalinux/8.3/BaseOS/x86_64/os”
url --url=“https://repo.almalinux.org/almalinux/8.3/BaseOS/x86_64/kickstart”

@juanca it has been 2 years since I initiated my own kickstart file. How do you tell the installer inside the anaconda-ks.cfg to install using graphical versus text?

I am trying to remember the syntax and am not having luck finding it.

Glad you solved your own issue though.

In the kickstart file there is two modes ( and two keys “text” or “graphical”)

graphical Force graphical install. Required to have ftp/http use GUI.
text Force text mode install.
