AlmaLinux image for orange pi (5B)

Hello,

I tried to install AlmaLinux with specific image but it;s doesn’t work, when i write my sd card with balenaEtcher and connect it on my orange pi, system doesn’t boot on sd card but on mmc storage with default orange pi OS.

Are you going to develop an image for orange pi ? or it’s not in AlmaLinux plan ?

i’d be interested in the same, unfortunately not much of the orangepi code seems to get upstreamed into the vanilla kernel - armbian seems to be the best way to boot orangepi kit.

not really sure what is involved in supporting an sbc - bootloader and kernel are obvious issues.

just using the aarch64 image obviously won’t work as the orangepi is not ARM ServerReady like the rpi4.
