Screen timeout not working

I have 2 AlmaLinux 9.1 systems. Each has a screen lock set to 5 minutes which will turn the screen off. One system behaves as expected, the other does not. At one time they both worked as expected.

Really unsure what is causing this issue.

Any suggestions would definitely be appreciated.

Be easier if i/we knew the hostname.

This is no longer an issue. After the latest 9.1 updates were applied, the rogue host now functions with the screen lock.
