I thought the trend was to make things easier for people whose vision is less than 20:20. Linux in general seems to ignore this and if the scrollbars got any thinner, they would disappear.
(a) Is there a way to make the scroll bars wider?
(b) Is there any way to put the arrows back on top and bottom of the scrollbars to move around on the screen?
