migrated succssfully but while running last command i.e. reboot
my machine freeze at this stage

A read only filesystem is typically indicative of hardware problems in this situation unless there is something that you changed in your fstab or something similar. I know it’s been a few days since you posted. Were you able to make any progress?

I haven’t change anything to fstab,
even I deployed on another VM but over there also facing exactly same issue
