Meld and tweak does not work after update from Alma9.2 to 9.3

Dear All,

I tried to update my Alma from 9.2 to 9.3,
and now I saw neither meld or tweak works.
for meld when I run, it said that it needs gtk +3.2
and when I uninstalled and trying to install again, it says:
nothing provides python(abi) = 3.6 needed by meld-3.20.4-2.el8.noarch

Also tweak, when I try to run, it does not load,
I tried to unistall and install it again, but still the same.

Shows el8. It has been built for el8 target (e.g. RHEL 8, Alma 8, etc). (The el8 does have python 3.6.)

The AlmaLinux 9 is el9. Different target. You have to find package built for el9, or take the src.rpm and rebuild the package for el9.

Thanks, I downloaded the el9 from:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/9/Everything/x86_64/Packages/m/meld-3.22.0-1.el9.noarch.rpm

and tried to install it using
sudo dnf meld-3.22.0-1.el9.noarch.rpm

Installed:
meld-3.22.0-1.el9.noarch patch-2.7.6-16.el9.x86_64

Complete!

but still it send the same error: needs gtk +3.2
