Repoclosure Issue

Executing below commands
dnf repoclosure --repo reponame --arch noarch --arch x86_64

Getting the below error.
Curl error (37): Couldn’t read a file:// file for file:///home/ISO/DIR2/Packages/repodata/repomd.xml [Couldn’t open file /home/ISO/DIR2/Packages/repodata/repomd.xml]

Do you have a repo with that baseurl?
Is there such file?
