Stuck in Emergency Mode

Hi folks. Well, one of my boxes now launches into emergency mode. Here is what’s on the screen with no available prompt:

Anybody know what I should be doing? LUM seems to be Linux User Management. Nothing has changed on this box. I was logged in via ssh then rebooted and saw this.

Updated the BIOS and same issue, which is post-POST/BIOS, so this is into the OS itself:

## New BIOS OptiPlex_7040_1.23.0.exe

Anybody know how I can fix this?

control-d still worked. The display had somehow scrolled past it with the font size change. Sounds like a bug.
