Uninstalling/reinstalling nvidia

I think I need to uninstall nvidia and re-install it again, in order to detect the nvidia with new kernel.
I mostly installed nvidia with dnf,

mokutil --sb-state
sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled crb
sudo dnf install
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-9.noarch.rpm
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-next-release-latest-9.noarch.rpm

sudo dnf config-manager --add-repo http://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/cuda/repos/rhel9/$(uname -i)/cuda-rhel9.repo

sudo dnf install kernel-headers-$(uname -r) kernel-devel-$(uname -r) tar bzip2 make automake gcc gcc-c++ pciutils elfutils-libelf-devel libglvnd-opengl libglvnd-glx libglvnd-devel acpid pkgconfig dkms

sudo dnf module install nvidia-driver:latest-dkms

is there any reference to uninstall it?

And the result of nvidia-smi is as:
(Also after unistall/reinstall of nvidia-driver)
NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn’t communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.
