No. You need to reinstall when you cross major releases. RHEL offers an update path, but reports indicate that it is “iffy”. CentOS has never offered one and reports are that attempting a 6->7 update will leave you with a non-working or at best unreliable system.
Your best bet is to back up your data, install a new system in an alternative partition and then spend time reconfiguring your applications based on (not copied from) your C6 configuration files.
