Powertools-source repo down?

Hello,

i am running cPanel on AlmaLinux and one of the cPanel scripts updates the packages from the powertools-source repo.

But whenever the cPanel update runs it throws the following error:

[2022-05-07 02:18:44 +0200] E [/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/findphpversion] “/usr/local/cpanel/bin/python-packman” reported error code “1” when it ended: Errors during downloading metadata for repository ‘powertools-source’:
[2022-05-07 02:18:44 +0200] E [/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/findphpversion] - Status code: 404 for http://repo.almalinux.org/vault/8/PowerTools/Source/repodata/repomd.xml (IP: 136.243.31.169)

As you can see there is a 404 error in that output which tells me the repo is down. Navigating to the URL also throws a 404 error:

Can someone tell me if there is an alternative repo or if I must just wait a while to see if this repo comes back online?

I can confirm that the mirrorlist=https://mirrors.almalinux.org/mirrorlist/$releasever/powertools-source returns only one URL:

http://repo.almalinux.org/vault/8/PowerTools/Source/

I have a feeling that it should return:

http://repo.almalinux.org/almalinux/8/PowerTools/Source/

So who do we report this to? This is hindering updates unless we must just wait a bit for an admin on the Almalinux team to resolve it?
